Our team will conduct a site visit at your wedding venue if it's a location we haven't worked at before. This visit helps us assess the venue's layout, electrical capabilities, and any specific challenges or opportunities for the lighting setup so we can make the best plan for the wedding day.

We Send a Quote

Following the site visit, we provide you with a customized quote. This quote outlines the proposed lighting design, equipment, and costs associated with bringing your vision to life.

Coordination and Collaboration

While we handle the technical aspects, we also coordinate with other vendors, such as the venue to ensure a seamless integration of lighting into your overall wedding setup. You won't need to be the middle-man; we take care of it.

What Should I Expect For the Cost?
Lighting options start at approximately $500 and can range all the way up to $25,000! We custom build each and every lighting plan to ensure it is within your budget. Many weddings will fall in the $2,000 - $3,000 range, with custom installations being priced higher.
How Early Do I Need to Book?
Generally, we tell people to reserve lighting as soon as they know they want it to ensure we are available for the big day. Many reservations come to us about 6 months to 1 year in advance. However, we do see some people reaching out 1–2 years in advance. We have accommodated many last many requests over the year, so don't hesitate to reach out about our availability!
Who Coordinates with Other Vendors?
Our team will make sure to coordinate with other vendors, such as the venue and planner, to seamlessly integrate lighting into your event.
How Do I know If The Venue Has Enough Power for Lighting?
We will assess the venue's electrical capabilities during a site visit to ensure there's adequate power for your lighting dreams.
How Long Does the Light Rental Last?
The duration of the rental depends on your event's timeline, typically spanning from setup before the event to takedown afterward.
Do You Take Down the Lights?
Yes, we want to make this experience hassle free for you! Premier Lighting is responsible for the setup and takedown of lights, ensuring a relaxing and beautiful experience for you.
What if My Venue Doesn't Allow Us to Mount Lights?
In such cases, alternatives like freestanding lighting fixtures or creative lighting arrangements can be used to comply with venue restrictions. We have got you covered!
What Happens if it Rains?
Our team is well-prepared for various weather conditions. We will take precautions to protect the lighting equipment and ensure it functions correctly, even in wet weather through out your wedding.
I've Never Thought About Wedding Lighting - Will Someone Help Me?
Our team is ready to assist! A trained lighting technician will visit the site to be able to truly see what options will best fit with the space while working with you to understand your overall vision. They can then make recommendations and work to customize a plan that you are truly excited about!
